SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Evelyncerys.com is a presentation site for silver jewelry with precious and semiprecious stones designed and made by a personal handmade person. The presented products are unique, if the purchase of a similar product is not guaranteed as presented in the image; a 90% likeness is being estimated. The quality of the silver used is superior; after choosing the raw material, every processing step is executed manually.

By filling in the form in the SHOP section, the presented jewelry can be chosen. If you desire a product similar to a product from an existing collection or you want to purchase a product for which the design will be agreed on together with the client, the execution will be done after confirming the order and confirmation of the advance payment, according to the Payment section.

DEADLINE

For the customized products made on special order the execution deadline will be transmitted by email and considered to be accepted only after the written confirmation of the offer.

PAYMENT

Accepted methods of payment are bank transfer and payment at destination. For bank transfers the invoice will be sent by email, the order will be processed after the payment confirmation by email.

For special orders an advance payment of min. 50% of the accepted offer will be considered for starting the execution, the remaining 50% remain be paid before shipment in case of payment option by bank transfer or at delivery in case of payment at destination. Regardless of the payment option chosen, in the case of special orders the 50% advance will be paid by bank transfer based on the advance invoice sent by mail.

acquisition costs; the offer will be communicated to the customer and will be considered accepted only after the acceptance of the offer in writing is confirmed.

DELIVERY

Orders for which the option payment at destination has been chosen and orders for which the confirmation of payment by bank transfer made up to 18.00 on working days was received will be sent the next day and will be delivered within 24 hours during working days.

In the case of special orders a picture will be sent after the order is completed, the product will be sent only after the client's acceptance.

For orders over 500 lei the client will not bear shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

The purchased products can be returned according to O.G. 130/2000, Chapter I, art 4.b within 10 days of receipt, packaged as they were received, only if the products were not carried and present physical traces such as scratches, discoloration, breakage, etc. The product will be accepted only if it corresponds aesthetically, in this case the product cost will be refunded.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, if there are physical traces, the package will be photographed and a report will be prepared together with the representative of the courier company specifying the condition of the package. The customer bears returning costs of the parcel by the same method of delivery in case of non-compliance as described above.

In case the product received is not the ordered one, it can be returned and the value of the product or replacement with a similar product can be requested.
