PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The company LAGUNA MOV S.R.L., with registered office in Bucharest, sector 3, bl. V75C, sc. 1, ap. 7, registered at the Trade Register no.J40/8976/2005, CUI 17598155, email evelyncerys at yahoo.com, telephone 0746650693 is the personal data controller for the processing operations mentioned below.

The Seller collects, with the Customer's approval, personal data such as name, surname, delivery and billing address, telephone number and e-mail. The purpose of the data collection and processing is:

- informing Customers/Shoppers on the status of their Account including validation, dispatch of Orders, resolution of cancellations or problems of any nature related to an Order, to the purchased Online Gift Cards. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of the contract concluded with the Customer. Personal data processed for this purpose will be stored by the Seller for the period for which it is legally obliged to keep financial-accounting documentation;

- the sending of newsletters and/or periodic alerts, using electronic mail (e-mail, SMS). The legal basis for this processing is the Customer's consent. Personal data processed for these purposes will be stored by the Seller until the Customer withdraws his consent;

- market research, tracking and monitoring of sales and Customer/Buyer behaviour. The legal basis for such processing is the Customer's consent. Personal data processed for these purposes will be stored by the Seller until the Customer withdraws his/her consent.

Prin completarea datelor în formularul de creare de Cont și/sau de Comandă, Cumpărătorul își dă acordul expres și neechivoc ca toate aceste date personale să fie prelucrate în scopurile prevăzut mai sus.

By reading the Document, you are aware that you have the following rights: the right of access to personal data, the right to rectify or delete personal data, the right to restrict processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

Laguna Mov SRL may also provide the Buyer's personal data to other companies with which it has a partnership relationship, but only on the basis of a confidentiality undertaking on their part and only for the above-mentioned purposes, guaranteeing that such data is kept secure and that the provision of such personal information is in accordance with the legislation in force, as follows: courier service providers, payment/banking or other service providers, insurers.

The Buyer's personal information may be provided to the Romanian Police, prosecutor's offices, courts, the National Tax Administration Agency and other authorized state bodies, based on and within the limits of the legal provisions and following express requests.

 In case of processing of personal data based on the consent of the Client, the latter has the right to withdraw his consent at any time by a simple email to evelyncerys at yahoo.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation. There is no automated decision-making process including profiling.
